Cleaning, hospitality and maintenance system
An annual contract, crews spread across ten sites, and a monthly invoice that forgets half the visits.
This is our strongest sector by reference: seven Qatari cleaning, hospitality and AC-maintenance companies run on Jadwal today — the owner of one of them said, "Without Jadwal, I would need ten people."

Your day with Jadwal
- 1The service contract sets the sites, the visits, the cycle and the price.
- 2Visits are scheduled weeks ahead and appear on the operations calendar.
- 3Work orders are dispatched to technicians and sites, and close with proof from the field.
- 4Labour attendance is recorded and tied to the site actually worked.
- 5Recurring billing is produced from the contract itself, so no visit and no invoice is missed.
- 6Payroll and end-of-service are computed in the same system.
- 7A contract-profitability report says which contract earns and which one eats your labour.

What it does not do
We write these down because a customer discovers them after buying if we do not.
- It does not recruit labour for you and does not handle sponsorship or residency procedures with the authorities.
- It does not track technicians minute by minute over GPS; proof comes from closing the work order and field photos.

Questions from this sector
Is the monthly invoice produced from the contract automatically?
Yes — the billing cycle is part of the contract, so the invoice is created on its date with its value and lines, and you review it before it goes out.
How do we prove to the client that a visit happened?
The work order is closed from the field with a checklist and photos, and stays attached to its contract and site — so you can produce the client's visit log whenever they ask.
We have two hundred staff — can the system carry that?
A Qatari company in this sector has been running on it with close to two hundred users for years — that is their own quoted testimony on our customers page.
