Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect from you on jadwal.io, why, who can reach it, how long we keep it, and how you ask us to delete it. We write it plainly because it concerns you, not our lawyers.

What we collect

  • What you type into the contact form: name, email, phone, type of business, reason for contact, and the text of your message.
  • Where your visit came from: campaign parameters in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), the page you submitted from, and the time of submission.
  • If analytics are enabled: aggregate visit statistics (pages viewed, device, approximate country). We do not tie these to your name.
  • We collect no financial or card data — this site takes no payments.

Why we collect it

  • To answer your request: a live demo, a quotation, support, or partnership.
  • To follow your request internally so it does not fall between an inbox and a WhatsApp thread.
  • To learn which marketing channel brings real enquiries, so we can stop the ones that do not.

Your consent to be contacted

  • We do not contact you on WhatsApp or by phone for a marketing purpose without your explicit consent in the form — we store the time of that consent alongside your request.
  • We do not call outside the hours permitted in Qatar (we do not call between 21:00 and 09:00).
  • You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@jadwal.io or on WhatsApp, and marketing contact stops immediately.

Who can reach your data

  • The sales and support team at UTS Services & Consulting (Jadwal's parent company) in Doha.
  • Service providers we use to run the site, each seeing the minimum its service requires: Vercel (hosting) · Resend (sending the form email) · Cloudinary (image hosting) · YouTube (embedded video playback) · Google Analytics (aggregate statistics, where enabled).
  • We do not sell, rent or trade your data to any third party for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

  • Contact requests are kept for 24 months from our last exchange, then deleted or stripped of identity.
  • If you become a customer, your data is kept within our contractual and accounting records for the period the law requires.
  • Aggregate visit statistics are kept for at most 14 months.

Your rights

  • You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing.
  • Write to info@jadwal.io or WhatsApp +974 3167 3300; we respond within thirty days at the latest.
  • If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we notify the competent authority and those affected within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as Qatar's Law No. 13 of 2016 on personal data privacy protection requires.

Cookies

  • The site itself needs no cookies to work, and sets no tracking cookies by default.
  • When Google Analytics is enabled, statistical cookies are set to measure aggregate visits. You can block them from your browser settings.
  • Our videos are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com, so YouTube sets no advertising cookies until you press play yourself.
